Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated or authorized by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of an effective withdrawal, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within thirty days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
If you are unable to return the received service and benefits (e.g., benefits of use) in whole, in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you may be required to pay us compensation for the value. In the case of goods, this does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is solely due to their examination – as would have been possible for you in a retail store, for example.
For the reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay, at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. Items that cannot be sent as a package must be returned by the customer to the distribution center. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
